Case Description
I had a crown put on this tooth about 6 months ago because the dentist told me the filling was wearing out. It was causing me NO problems and was the side of my mouth that I normally tend to chew on. I have had pain and swelling ever since and gone through numerous adjustments (No Help) and courses of anti biotics which do help temporarily. I have been wiped out by divorce and lost my job and insurance. I recently found a Dr. who was willing to do the root canal for a very nominal fee however when I met with him the xray showed my roots were not straight and he said he did not have proper tools and I needed an endodontist. I am in pain and fear that I may have to have the tooth pulled because I can not afford the normal fee for this procedure. I also checked at the dental school but they have a 1 month wait and again I am in pain. Any help or ideas would be appreciated
