Dr. Densley did my dental veneers. The procedure was well handled, the cost was high, and the collection was rude and abusive. The accounting staff is not nice at all, and if you have insurance they will bill, but would like you to pay for it all up front. It is like going from having a wonderful chairside procedure with people that care and are extremely nice to the hungry lions den on the way out. You are going to lose your cool and some flesh in the ordeal. We left the practice after round two of collections on insurance covered procedures. They even sent us a certified collection letter at 30 days. We had been patients or 16 years and never had a balance past 30 days.
